The Impact of Digital Transformation Strategies via the HEPIQ Platform on Universities’ Organizational Efficiency An Applied Study on Imam Jafar Al-Sadiq University

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation strategies via the HEPIQ platform on enhancing organizational efficiency at Imam Jaafar Al-Sadiq University. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection from a purposive stratified sample of 187 respondents, including academic and administrative leaders, faculty members, and administrative staff. The independent variable consisted of three dimensions: digital transformation in academic processes, digital transformation in administrative processes, and digital transformation in decision support and follow-up, while the dependent variable was organizational efficiency. The results showed a high level of digital transformation strategy implementation and organizational efficiency. Multiple regression analysis also revealed a significant positive effect of the digital transformation dimensions on organizational efficiency, with decision support and follow-up being the most influential dimension.
