"The Impact of the Web site Design of the University of Tripoli on User Satisfaction: A Perspective from Its Faculty Members"

This study aimed to explore the impact of the University of Tripoli’s website design on user satisfaction from the perspective of faculty members, in light of the rapid digital transformation taking place in higher education institutions.
The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, and data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to a sample of faculty members. A total of 67 valid responses were retrieved for analysis.
The statistical analysis revealed a statistically significant impact of the website design on user satisfaction among faculty members, highlighting the importance of developing the website’s technical infrastructure and digital content.
The study recommended the continuous improvement of the university’s website to enhance user experience and support the university’s position in global academic rankings, through improving the quality of digital services, developing content, and strengthening the technical infrastructure.
