The Role of Crowdfunding in Enhancing the Financial Sustainability of Startups (A Survey Study Based on the Environment of Startups in Libya)

The study aimed to identify the role of crowdfunding in enhancing the financial sustainability of startup companies in Libya. The objectives of the study were achieved and its hypotheses were tested through the analysis of field data collected by surveying the opinions of owners of startup companies in Libya. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the inferential approach, which seeks to Arriving at inferences about society based on sample statistics, the results were consistent with the study’s literature, and support the hypothesis of the role of crowdfunding in enhancing the financial sustainability of emerging companies. Thus, the study recommended the importance of the role played by crowdfunding in facilitating startups’ access to funding sources and enhancing their long-term sustainability.
