The Contribution of Digital Culture to Supporting the Educational Process for Students, Faculty of Economics and Political Science, University of Tripoli

The importance of digital culture is evident in its being one of the fundamental pillars of the teaching and learning process. It is a key tool within the educational curriculum, contributing to students' cognitive development in light of digital transformations. Digital culture is represented by the ability to effectively utilize computers and electronic services, reflecting its pivotal role in integrating information technology into the educational process and providing students with modern and innovative skills.
The study reached a set of results, most notably: The role of digital culture in supporting the educational process was achieved at a rate of (94.19%), with the digital knowledge axis recording the highest percentage at (95.84%), followed by the digital libraries axis at (95.32%), then the digital education axis at (94.71%), while the reality of digital culture axis came in at (94.19%), and finally, the obstacles to the spread of digital culture axis at (68.12%). The study also recommended the dissemination of digital culture across all university colleges, the adoption of digital technology as a general university requirement, and the provision of internet access in research halls across all colleges, thus enhancing the educational process within an integrated digital environment.
