Human VS. AI Translation Accuracy: A Comparative Study of English-Arabic legal Contract Translation

كما يشير العنوان, تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إجراء تحليل مقارن لتقييم دقة ترجمة العقود القانونية من اللغة الإنجليزية إلى العربية, سواء أكانت الترجمة بواسطة مترجمين بشريين, أو تلك التي تم توليدها بواسطة أداتي الذكاء الاصطناع DeepSeek وQwen Chat. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التقويمي النوعي، وقد تم اختيار 10 نصوص قانونية بشكل عشوائي من عقود واتفاقيات قانونية مختلفة، وتمت ترجمتها بواسطة مترجمين بشريين محترفين وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي. أشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن أداء تطبيقي DeepSeek وQwen Chat في ترجمة العقود القانونية أظهر نتائج واعدة، وذلك بتقديم ترجمات مقبولة إلى حد ما للنصوص القانونية، ومع ذلك، فهي ليست دقيقة، مما يستلزم مراجعتها من قبل مترجمين محترفين. في المقابل، أظهر المترجمون البشريون ترجمات عالية الجودة للنصوص القانونية، تتسم بالدقة في المصطلحات والتركيبات المعقدة، بما يلبي متطلبات المعايير القانونية العربية والسياق القانوني الليبي
