مجلة كلية الآداب مجلة علمية أكاديمية مُحكَّمة تصدر بصفة نصف سنوية عن كلية الآداب واللغات بجامعة طرابلس، وتحمل الترقيم الدولي الموحد ISSN: 3107-1686، وتُنشر أبحاثها باللغات العربية والإنجليزية والفرنسية. تُعنى المجلة بنشر البحوث والدراسات العلمية الأصيلة في مختلف فروع العلوم الإنسانية، بما يسهم في تطوير البحث العلمي وتعزيز الإنتاج المعرفي الرصين على المستويين المحلي والدولي.

تقبل المجلة نشر الأبحاث والدراسات الأكاديمية، إضافة إلى تقارير المؤتمرات العلمية، وعروض الكتب، وملخصات رسائل الماجستير وأطروحات الدكتوراه، على ألا يتجاوز الملخص خمس صفحات. وتخضع جميع المواد العلمية المقدَّمة للنشر لعملية تحكيم علمي دقيق وفق نظام التحكيم المزدوج السري (Double-Blind Peer Review)، بما يضمن الموضوعية والنزاهة العلمية.

تلتزم المجلة بأخلاقيات النشر العلمي المعتمدة دوليًا، وتخضع الأعمال المقدَّمة للفحص باستخدام برامج كشف الاستلال العلمي، ولا تُقبل الأعمال التي لا تستوفي معايير الأصالة والالتزام الأكاديمي. كما تعتمد المجلة معايير واضحة لقبول الأبحاث ورفضها وفق جودة المحتوى والمنهجية العلمية وأهمية النتائج.

يشرف على تقويم وتحكيم الأعمال العلمية هيئة تحرير ولجنة علمية تضم نخبة من الأساتذة والخبراء ذوي الكفاءة والخبرة البحثية من داخل الجامعة وخارجها. وتسعى المجلة إلى الارتقاء بمستوى النشر العلمي والعمل على إدراجها ضمن قواعد البيانات والفهارس الأكاديمية المعتمدة، بما يعزز حضورها الأكاديمي وانتشارها العلمي.

Journal of the Faculty of Arts is a peer-reviewed academic journal published biannually by the Faculty of Arts and Languages, University of Tripoli. The journal holds the International Standard Serial Number ISSN: 3107-1686 and publishes scholarly works in Arabic, English, and French. It aims to provide a platform for researchers and scholars to disseminate original research and scientific studies in various fields of the humanities, contributing to the advancement of academic knowledge at both local and international levels.

The journal accepts original research articles and academic studies, as well as conference reports, book reviews, and abstracts of master’s theses and doctoral dissertations, provided that abstracts do not exceed five pages. All submitted materials are subject to a rigorous scientific evaluation and a double-blind peer-review process to ensure objectivity and academic integrity.

The journal adheres to internationally recognized publication ethics and employs plagiarism detection software to examine submitted manuscripts. Works that do not meet standards of originality and academic integrity are not considered for publication. Clear criteria are applied for the acceptance and rejection of submissions based on content quality, methodological rigor, and the significance of results.

The review and evaluation process is overseen by an editorial board and a scientific committee composed of distinguished scholars and experts from within and outside the University. The journal seeks continuous development and aspires to be indexed in recognized academic databases and directories, thereby enhancing its academic visibility and scholarly impact.
